Order Processing Time

Because many of our products are personalized or custom engraved, processing times may vary depending on the item, design details, and order size. Most standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment and design details are confirmed. Larger custom or bulk orders may require additional time.

Custom Order Approval

For custom designs, logos, names, scriptures, or special wording, production may begin after all required details are received. If a proof is provided, the order will move forward once the proof is approved. Please review all spelling, dates, names, logos, and personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information when available. Please note that shipping carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other unexpected events may affect delivery times.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. It’s Just Personal is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Where We Ship

It’s Just Personal currently ships to customers within the United States. Shipping availability, delivery times, and shipping costs may vary based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method selected. At this time, we may not offer international shipping. If you are outside of the United States and interested in placing an order, please contact us before ordering to see if special shipping arrangements are available

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for certain orders. If local pickup is offered, pickup details will be provided once your order is ready.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost after confirmed delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Custom and Personalized Items

Because our engraved products are custom-made for each customer, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is an error or defect caused by It’s Just Personal. This includes items engraved with names, scriptures, logos, dates, custom wording, business branding, or any customer-requested design.

Non-Custom Items

If a non-personalized item is eligible for return, it must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Return approval must be requested before sending the item back. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and damage or error

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Customer Errors

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, wrong wording, low-quality logo files, or incorrect personalization details.

Please double-check all order information before submitting your request.

Design Proof Approval

If a proof is provided and approved by the customer, the approved design will be considered final. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional fees or delays.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started. Once engraving or customization has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the concern.
